Maya J. Karrow is an Associate Attorney at Rogness & Field, where she helps clients navigate some of life’s most challenging and emotionally complex legal matters with compassion, clarity, and practical guidance. She is committed to providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered representation, recognizing the unique circumstances each client brings to the legal process.

Maya earned her Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Her legal experience includes work in civil legal aid, public-interest advocacy in child welfare reform, and private practice at a small family law firm. She is dedicated to helping clients feel heard, informed, and empowered as they move through the legal process.
